1. AI-assisted features
Parts of Menorex use AI technology to generate educational insights, assessments, wellness suggestions and coach chat responses. Where you receive AI-generated content, you will be able to tell that it comes from an AI-assisted feature. AI features support — and never replace — professional healthcare.
2. Accuracy and your responsibility
AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. It is not a guaranteed medical diagnosis, an emergency intervention or a professional medical opinion unless a specific functionality has been expressly designed, validated and legally authorised for that purpose. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI output, and you should verify important health information with a qualified professional.
3. Sensitive information and prohibited uses
Do not rely on AI features in emergencies — use local emergency services. Do not use AI features to: generate content for someone else’s medical care; create misleading health claims; harass or harm others; attempt to extract the underlying technology; or systematically abuse or overload the AI systems (for example, through automated or scripted use).
4. AI credits, usage and charges
Your Menorex subscription does not necessarily include unlimited AI usage. AI usage is tracked, and additional AI requests or packages may be purchased at the prices displayed before purchase. Your AI credit balance is maintained in an auditable ledger; credits are governed by the published package and expiry terms. See our Additional Services & Service-Specific Charges Terms.
5. Privacy and changes
Your AI interactions are processed under our Privacy Policy. We may improve, change or discontinue AI functionality as the technology and the service evolve; material changes that affect paid AI usage will be communicated to affected customers.
