Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 18 September 2026 · Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Use Menorex lawfully and fairly
Menorex exists to support people through midlife hormonal health changes. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, including: harassment, threats or abuse of other members; impersonation of any person; hate speech; sharing content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others’ rights; uploading malicious software; or interfering with the operation of Menorex systems.
2. Payments, subscriptions and access controls
You must not attempt to: bypass or avoid subscription payment; manipulate prices displayed in the application; create fake or replayed payment confirmations; use another customer’s account, subscription or wallet; access subscription-gated services through direct URLs or altered client-side state; manipulate AI credit balances or transaction statuses; or make unauthorised calls to the platform’s interfaces. Payments are verified server-side, and payment and usage records are audited.
3. Accounts and data
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data or system, or probe or scan for vulnerabilities without authorisation. Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-download platform content or member data.
4. Enforcement
If you breach this policy, we may warn you, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, and — where payment manipulation or fraud is involved — reverse affected transactions and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Where a breach affects paid services or other members, enforcement may include withholding or reversing services linked to the breach. We aim to act proportionately and to notify you where practical.
