Additional Services & Service-Specific Charges Terms

1. Services that cost extra

Menorex may offer services that attract charges in addition to your subscription plan. Depending on what is currently offered on the platform, these may include: AI usage top-ups or AI request packages; voice, video or other professional consultations; specialist services; premium features; and additional service requests. If a service is not listed as chargeable, it falls under your plan.

Additional charges are always separate from your subscription unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

2. Clear pricing before you pay

For every separately chargeable service, the platform shows you before purchase: the service name and description; the price and currency; whether the price is one-time, per consultation, per request, per session, per package or recurring; what you receive; applicable limitations; and relevant cancellation, refund and expiry terms. Nothing is charged without your active confirmation of the purchase.

Prices are configured by authorised Menorex administrators and may vary by service. Pricing may be changed prospectively, with appropriate notice to customers. The price shown at the moment you confirm a purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

3. Purchase, payment and activation

Every additional service follows the same flow: you identify the service → the price is clearly displayed → you review the applicable terms → you actively confirm the purchase → payment is initiated → payment is verified server-side → the service or credits are activated. Payment is processed through our payment provider, and payment records are retained for receipts, refunds and audit.

4. AI top-ups and credits

The basic subscription does not necessarily include unlimited AI usage. Certain AI services or additional AI requests may require a separately purchased AI top-up or package. Your AI credit balance and usage are tracked in an auditable ledger. Purchased AI credits are governed by the published package terms, including any validity period and refundability. AI credit balances are adjusted only through verified payments, refunds or authorised administrative actions, each recorded in the audit trail.

5. Consultations and professional services

Voice, video and other professional consultation services, where offered, are charged per consultation, per session or per package as displayed. Appointment, cancellation, no-show and refund rules are set out in the Cancellation, Renewal & Refund Policy and the Medical/Professional Services Disclaimer.

Professional consultation services are never eligible for the one-time introductory free service request, whatever the service is named and however it is accessed (including through a registered health professional’s profile). Booking, requesting, starting or attending a consultation always requires the applicable Menorex subscription and any applicable consultation charge.
