1. Your responsibilities
Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone or let others use your account. Sign out when using a shared device. Review your profile, subscription and payment records regularly and tell us promptly about anything that looks wrong.
2. Our responsibilities
Menorex protects accounts with encrypted connections, strict per-account data isolation, role-based access controls and server-side verification of payments. We never ask you for your password, and we do not display or expose your password, payment credentials or system secrets.
3. Suspicious activity and account closure
If you notice unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact hello@menorex.health immediately — we can secure the account and investigate. We may apply security holds where an account shows signs of compromise or abuse. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; closure stops future subscription renewals, and data is handled under our Privacy Policy’s retention rules.
