Data Subject Rights / Privacy Request Notice

1. Your rights
Depending on applicable data protection law, you have rights including: access to your personal data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of your data; restriction or objection to certain processing; data portability (receiving a copy of data you provided in a usable format); and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.
2. How to make a request
Email hello@menorex.health with "Data Request" in the subject line. Include the email address on your account and describe your request. For your security, we may need to verify your identity before acting — for example, by replying to your registered email address.
3. What happens next
We aim to respond within 30 days. Where a request is complex, we may take longer and will tell you why and when to expect a response. Some data — such as payment and transaction records — may need to be retained for legal, accounting or regulatory reasons; where full deletion is not possible, we will explain what can be deleted and what will be retained and why. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you may complain to us using our Complaints Policy or to the relevant data protection authority.
