1. Menorex materials
The Menorex name, logo and branding, the website and application, software, databases, design, educational materials, content, graphics and AI-related system components are owned by Menorex (and/or its licensors) and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Powered by Varifai Solutions Limited" branding statements do not by themselves transfer or licence any rights to you.
2. What you may do
You may access and use Menorex content for your own personal, non-commercial use while your access is permitted — for example, reading educational materials and keeping your own wellness records. If you would like to use Menorex content commercially or in your own materials, contact hello@menorex.health for permission.
3. What you may not do
You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell or sublicense Menorex content or materials without permission; remove branding or notices from content; or use Menorex branding to suggest endorsement of any product or service.
4. Your content and infringement reports
Content you create and share remains yours (see our Terms & Conditions for the limited licence you grant us to host it in community areas). If you believe content on Menorex infringes your rights, contact hello@menorex.health with details and we will review it and take appropriate action.
