Medical/Professional Services Disclaimer

Version 1.0 · Effective date: 18 September 2026 · Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Menorex’s role

Menorex is a digital health and wellness technology platform. Menorex itself is not a hospital, clinic or licensed medical practice, and Menorex does not hold medical licences. Where consultation services are offered through the platform, Menorex provides the technology, scheduling, payment and support layer, and — where independent professionals provide services — facilitates access to those professionals.

2. Professional responsibility

Where a qualified professional provides a consultation through Menorex, that professional is responsible for the professional and clinical judgments made within their scope of practice, including advice given during the consultation. Menorex does not direct or guarantee clinical outcomes. If you have concerns about care received, raise them with our support team and, where appropriate, with the relevant professional or their regulatory body.

3. Appointments, charges and limits

Consultations are charged per consultation, per session or per package, as displayed before you book. Appointment, cancellation and no-show rules are in our Cancellation, Renewal & Refund Policy. Consultation availability depends on professional availability; booked sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled.

4. Emergency and scope limitations

Consultations provided through the platform are not emergency services and are not a substitute for urgent or emergency care. Telehealth has inherent limitations — clinicians cannot examine you physically, which may limit what can be safely assessed remotely. If your situation requires physical examination, urgent treatment or emergency care, use local in-person services.
