1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Menorex digital health and wellness platform, including the public website, the authenticated application, your account, your subscription and any additional paid services you purchase.

"Menorex", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Menorex platform and the legal entity operating it (see our Legal Notices for operator identity). "You" refers to each person who creates or uses a Menorex account.

Creating a Menorex account is FREE. Access to Menorex services requires an active Menorex subscription. Current approved plans: 1 month at ₦2,500; 6 months at ₦13,500 (10% discount); 12 months at ₦25,000 (16.67% discount); 24 months at ₦45,000 (25% discount). Longer-duration plans are prepaid subscription periods offered at discounted prices — the amount shown is a single upfront payment covering the whole duration, never a monthly charge. Some services attract additional charges that are always shown to you before you pay.

2. Eligibility and your account

Menorex is designed for adults navigating menopause and andropause and related wellness needs. You may only create an account if you are legally able to form a binding contract. See our Child/Minor Use Policy for the age threshold that applies.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@menorex.health if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. The basic monthly subscription

The Menorex subscription is offered as prepaid durations: 1 month (₦2,500), 6 months (₦13,500), 12 months (₦25,000) and 24 months (₦45,000). It provides access to the Menorex services available under the basic plan, subject to the specific terms, eligibility requirements and any separately disclosed charges applicable to particular services. A prepaid customer pays once upfront for the chosen duration and is not charged monthly during the prepaid period.

IMPORTANT: the basic monthly subscription is not an account registration fee, a wallet funding fee, or a universal payment covering every individual service. It does not necessarily include every separately chargeable Menorex service, feature, consultation, AI usage package or premium service. Where an additional charge applies to a service, you will be shown the applicable price before you purchase or activate it. Your plan runs for the full prepaid duration you paid for and renews at the end of that period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Purchasing an additional duration while your plan is still active extends your existing access period rather than resetting it. See the Cancellation, Renewal & Refund Policy.

4. Additional service charges

Certain services — such as AI usage top-ups or packages, and voice, video or other professional consultations — attract charges in addition to the basic subscription. We will always display the service name, price, currency, what is included and the applicable pricing model (one-time, per request, per session, per package or recurring) before you confirm a purchase. Your explicit confirmation is required before payment is initiated.

5. Health and wellness nature of Menorex

Menorex is a digital health and wellness technology platform. It provides educational content, wellness tools, tracking, community features and AI-assisted information. Except where a professional consultation service is expressly provided through the platform by a qualified professional, Menorex does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and its content is not a substitute for professional healthcare. 6. AI features

Parts of Menorex use AI technology to generate educational insights, assessments and coach responses. AI output is informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is never a guaranteed medical diagnosis. AI usage may be limited, and additional AI usage may require separate payment. 7. Content you share

You keep ownership of the content you post or share on Menorex (such as community posts and group messages). By sharing content in community areas, you grant Menorex a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and operate that content within the platform for other members to view and interact with, for as long as you keep it shared. Please share mindfully, especially in health discussions.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse Menorex — including attempting to bypass subscription or service-payment controls, manipulating prices or payment confirmations, accessing another customer’s account or subscription, or misusing AI or professional services. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full rules and the action we may take when they are broken.

9. Intellectual property, third parties and availability

The Menorex platform, branding and materials are protected under our Intellectual Property & Content Policy. Some services rely on third-party providers (such as payment processing) — see our Third-Party Services notice. We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; features may be added, changed or removed as the platform evolves, and material changes to paid services will be communicated to affected customers.

10. Suspension, termination and liability

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, or that create risk or liability for Menorex or its members. You may stop using Menorex and close your account at any time by contacting support.

Menorex is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Menorex is not liable for: decisions made in reliance on educational or AI-generated content; losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party provider failures and internet or connectivity problems; or indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Menorex after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
