1. Providers we rely on

•Payment processing (subscription, wallet and additional-service payments): Monnify, our payment provider. Payment data is processed by Monnify under its own terms; Menorex does not store your bank card details.

•Hosting, authentication and platform infrastructure: the Base44 platform, which hosts and operates the technical infrastructure behind Menorex.

•Sign-in with Google: where you choose to sign in with Google, Google handles that authentication.

•AI capabilities: AI features are provided through the technology providers engaged by our hosting platform.

•Video/voice consultation technology: where video or voice consultations are offered, they run on third-party communication technology integrated into the platform.

•Customer support messaging: where you contact our support team on WhatsApp, your messages are carried by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy; Menorex support representatives respond to you through that channel.

2. Our responsibility and theirs

These providers act as processors or suppliers for Menorex and are contractually limited to performing their functions. Menorex is responsible for the platform as a whole, but each provider is responsible for the reliability, security and performance of its own service within its contract with us. Third-party outages can temporarily affect the affected features.

Menorex may link to external websites for information. Those sites are not operated by us, and linking does not imply endorsement; you use them at your own risk and under their own terms and privacy policies.
